9 week old kitten, poo

I have a 9 week old kitten, she seems fine and healthy, forever wants all our attention, i have been feeding her felix kitten pouches and if we are out leave her dry kitten bisuits down. The last few days she has had very runny, smelly poos, im worried she may have an upset tummy but cant understand why and am unsure on what i should do.

Kittens can be prone to upset tummies so it is not that unusual. You are feeding kitten food so that should be fine.

Hopefully it is just a tummy bug that will pass in a few days. You could try to give her a plain diet for a day or two to see if it help to settle the tummy. Please see my web page about cat diarrhoea for the causes and solutions.

Make sure the kitten has plenty of fresh water to drink to prevent dehydration. (not cows milk as this is also a cause if diarrhoea in cats)
