anal leakage in kitten

i have a kitten that is about 3 to 4 months old and he had really bad worms when I got him. I dewormed him about a month ago and he is now having anal leakage. It worries me cause before I wormed im his anas opened real wide and worms were stuck in and half out now im worried that his butt is streched do I have to deworm him again?

I very much doubt that he has stretched, it is more likely that he still suffering from either more worms or the affects of the recent infestation and treatment and has a tummy upset.

I would treat him for diarrhoea I.e feed him a plain diet for a few days to allow his system to calm down.

Regarding worming him again , I would only do so within the recommended time scale as suggested on the product you used.
