cat eye discharge?

My cat this morning had some white stuff forming, like eye buggers. I wiped them off, after my shower his eyes had the stuff again. should I be concerned? or is it because theres stuff in his eyes? I thought maybe it might be because it recently started to be super windy lately but i dont know. should i give him some sort of eye drops?

It could simply be that he has a slight cold or has caught an infection in his eye. often these things clear up by themselves if they are mild. Keep the eye clear by wiping it away with a moist tissue and see how it is after a few days.

If it gets worse then it could need looking at by a vet for some medication etc.
