Cat found after missing for about 1 month

We just found our cat after moving about a month ago and he seems to have been living outside because he was covered in tics and must've been killing for his food. But one thing we noticed is that his back hip bones are sticking out really bad. He's eating and going to the bathroom normally but we've only had him back for about 2 days. Should I bring him to the vet?

Absolutely yes. You have no idea what your cat went through whilst living rough and it would be a good idea just to get him checked over any way, but if you suspect that this hip bone looks wrong then he should definately see a vet as soon as possible.
