Cat getting skinny and has discharge

my cat has what i can see, white stuff coming out of her vagina and she has got pretty skinny lately, any ideas what this can be?

She is very healthy and regulary taken to the vet. Could it be false pregnancy as my other cat is heavily pregnant?

Anything like this is either due to her being in heat or an infection. Due to the fact that you also say she is getting thin I would say that it sounds like it could be an infection. this needs to be treated by a vet.

When you get more than one sign of change in a cat it is always worth having them checked by a vet.
