Cat is pregnant and doesn't clean her butt good

Im having a little problem with my cat. She is 11 months old and is very close to her time of giving birth to her kittens. But in the past 2 weeks she hasn't been cleaning her Anus area as well as she usually does. It used to be just a pink color now there some ( what it seems to look like ) poop particles still on her butt.

Is it because she is having a harder time to clean it cause of her belly or something else?

No you're right, i would suspect that she is unable to get to her behind as easily as normal due to her full tummy.

I would assume that after she has her kittens she will return to her normal cleaning routine. Cats are very clean animals in general and she would not like to be unclean. Perhaps you could help her out until the kittens are born (if she lets you that is )
