cat not eating after giving birth

hi my cat had kittens she s not acting right took her to vet he put her on medication now she having a little trouble walking and is not eating or drinking but has gone to the bathroom and is still feeding her kittens is this nornal for a fiest litter and having a hard labor

No I don't think this is normal but it is quite possible that your cat is a little sore after the birth and this could be making her walk strangely.

You did the right thing by taking her to the vet. If she is still not right in a day or so, give the vet another call just to be on the safe side.
