Cat Question about urinating

I have a cat that is urinating on my carpet and the bed mattress. Occasionally she poops on the bed as well. I have taken him to the vet and there is no physical cause. Is there anything I can do to break this habit? Are there any pills the vet can prescribe if it is behavior?
