cat with swollen leg

i saw a cat and his leg was swollen well bigger then the rest of his legs and then this whitish stuff came out of it with a little blood not much.so i was wondering wat the problem is?

It sounds like an injury to the leg i.e. broken or hit by something and it is causing an infection in the leg.

It sounds very nasty to me and i think this cat needs urgent medical help.

I hope something can be done for this poor cat, he must be in a lot of pain.
