cat won't stop crying

my cat is only 4 months old. She is usually very playful. Today she is acting very weird. She keeps on puring and drags her body across the floor to walk and play. She is getting into everything. When we hold her she stops crying and starts puring. Can she be sick?

it is always a possibilty that she could be feeling unwell especially as she is so young and is more susceptible to infections and tummy troubles. however she could just be playful at the moment.

if you are really concerned and if the behavior continues the a trip to the vets would be the best thing, even if it is to put your ind at rest.
