Cats Fighting

Hello, my two male cats(one 8 years old and the other 5 years old) both are fixed, have been fighting for the past two weeks. They have lived together for 5 years and all has been well, except for the past two weeks. They will not be in the same room together and they growl and hiss at each other. I am not sure what to do. Will they resolve this on their own? Thank you.

this is a common issue and can happen from time to time between cats who have previously got on well together. It can be caused by all sorts of things big or small.
The process to try and help the cats re build their relationship again is to use the introduction process, it does take some time and patience but really is worth it in the end.
