Concerned for Lucky

My cat Lucky recently started behaving dofferently. First I noticed that he started to be very clingy and was meowing alot. Then I noticed that his back legs seemed weak and shaky. He still walks around but more slowly and his buttt seems to hang low. When I try to pet him or see whats wrong with him down by his legs he starts meowing like he is in pain. I have no insurance or alot of money and was wondering if anyone has had this happen to their cats and what was done. Because of finances can only afford to take him if it is an emergency but I dont want him to suffer or be in any pain either. What should I do?

It does sound very much like your cat is is Pain or dicomfort. His behavior certainly does suggest some problem that needs treatment. Please don't delay and take him to the vets as soon as possible.
