Four week old kitten

I have a four week old kitten. He is currently being treated for an Upper Respiratory Infection. This morning when I woke up he was slightly shaking, he has puked twice, and pooped Diarrhea once. He also is not eating normally today. He seems kind of drawn away from me and wants to be alone. Usually he very attached to me. What could possibly be wrong with him?

It sounds to me like he is just reacting to the fact that he is not feeling well. Cats will often want to be alone and just be quiet while they are ill so his behaviour is not unusual.

If the vet has seen him recently then I would continue the treatment prescribed until it is finished. If his condition worsens then take him back to the vet straight away. Kittens can be very susceptible to infections etc especially if they were not with their mother for very long and were not able to get protection from her milk.
