Help max our stray kitten

Ok, so I rescued this stray kitten. He is about 5wks old and he has a red anus and has diareha he looks healthy he eats he drinks and he's playful. What could be the problem?

he probably has either diarrhea or worms.

this cat is very young indeed, too young to be away from his mother really so you will have a lot of work to keep him healthy as you will have to feed him special kitten food to help him become strong.

As for the his bottom problem he really should see a vet as soon as possible. young kittens can be susceptible to all sorts of things which may need urgent treatment. Also you have to make sure he is flea free as this can kill a young kitten.
