Help please with my kittens

I have a 7 month old female kitten and we've recently got a new male kitten who is now about 3 months. As my female cat is now in heat, he keeps trying to mount her. Is it possible for her to get pregnant from the male despite him being so young?

well yes he is a little young but from the age of four months they do move into adulthood. As if your male cat is trying to mount her then it may be that he more sexually advanced than normal so there may be a chance that she could get pregnant.
It may be better to be safe than sorry and the female spayed if you are not intending to have kittens.
