i wormed my kitten 2 weeks ago

i wormed my kitten 2weeks ago but iv notice he now has something coming out and i dont know what it is. i dont want to worm him again as i know this isnt good. what could this be?

Sorry I have no idea what this could be and I I think that only a vet will be able to tell you once he has inspected the area.

Any sign of changes in a cats physical health needs to be checked out as soon as possible. Hope it can be cleared up soon.
