I'm concerned about my cat. Please help

My female cat keep scratching and constantly licking under her chin. Underneath her chin it is all cut and scabbed up from her constant scratching. Whenever she does scratch she does it until she cries. I am very concerned.. what is wrong with my cat?

hi sounds like she either has a parasite problem like mites or fleas or she has a skin allergy.

if the chin is that bad a state i would definitely recommend that she sees a vet who will be able to help with an accurate diagnosis and also give her something for the chin to stop infection setting in as well as easing your cats discomfort.
