introducing cats

I have one Devon Rex at my house for 4 weeks. Now I went and got two more from the same house and they are related. But the oldest growls and hisses and wont accept the new two. Any advice or answers would be very helpful.

it is important to introduce your cats to each other in a safe controlled way to eliminate any fear.
