Is my cat sowly starving to death?

My cat is 15 years old. He has lost a lot of weight and constantly meows for food. He has thrown up everyday. He used to have extra weight hanging from his belly. Now, he is so skinny. Is he starving to death?

Sounds to me like he could possibly have a thyroid problem. My own cat was like this a year ago she gor very very skinny and cried for food all day long we just couldn't fill her up. when we took her to the vet he diagnosed a thyroid condition which meant that her body was not using the nutrients from the food and so the body was slowly using up all the body fat and muscle to survive. However after medication and a operation she is back to her normal self and back to her fighting weight. She is also 15+.

Don't delay, take your cat to the vet as soon as possible.
