Is this a flea problem?

We have 2 inside outside cats. They both prefer fresh water as in out of the bathroom sink. I keep seeing these red spots on the sink counter, I was wondering if that had anything to do with fleas?

hi yes it could be as the flea droppings contain blood.
read through my web pages about fleas and how to deal with them for more advice.
