kitten acting odd

ive got myself a 9 week old kitten and she has started crying all the time and rubbing herself against everything i put a flea collar on her as i seen a couple of fleas on her could that be the reason for her behaviour

Possibly but I have no sen this before. Can I recommend a flea spot on treatment instead of a flea collar as they are not very effective and can cause health issues in some cats.

Are you sure shes only 9 weeks old
/ i as this as her behavior could suggest being in heat bt at 9 weeks this would be incredibly early. See this page for more on cat heat

If she is only 9 weeks it may simply be pure affection. Some cats are more affectionate than others.
