my cat was hit by a car

my cat was recently hit by a car,only his leg. i took him to a vet they said he looked fine but they didnt do any x-rays hes still limping,but hes eating and being normal,but his stomach is sticking out on one side is something wrong with him??

If you think that he does not look right and only you will know as you see him everyday. then I would strongly recommend taking him back to the vets as soon as possible.

he may have received an internal injury which was not fully apparent at first but which may have developed and become worse.

it is always best to be safe than sorry, you would never forgive yourself if something happened and you had not double checked with the vet.
