new cat won't settle

i got giving a 3 year old male tabby cat its been 3 days now and he wont come out from under my bed what do i do why wont he settle

Hi three days is nothing at all and it can take some cats weeks to learn to relax in their new home and with new people etc.

Just give him time and be patient. Don't force the issue, let him come to you etc.
