new kitten pooping in same corner

what can i do to prevent this? I am already putting him in the bathroom ,when we leave the house ,with all his toys food and litter box. He will poop only than in the box. Once we get home and let him out he will sneakily poop and or pee in the same corner.please help as we love our little Knuet.

he just needs more time to get used to his new home and his litter tray.

i would recommned an extended period of litter training using the confinement method. please see here for details on this
