sick kitty

my cat is a 2 year old nuerted male. He sleeps all the time seems very weak. also he started going to the bathroom any where in the house there has been no change in his enviroment. yet he crys often and walks funny in his hind leg area. I took him to a vet and they did xrays ect could not give me a reason . just told me to repotty train him i need help. his bathroom habits are better now but he only sleeps and crys and still senitive in back area.

Hi, well my advice is to find another vet for a second opinion. the behaviour you describe does not sound right to me at all.

You never know he may have been born with some genetic problem but a vet should be able to at least tell you this if they cannot find anything wrong illness wise. A second opinion is always worth getting. i have done this myself in the past and has helped me get to the bottom of some of my cats health problems. Not all vets are as good as each other and there approaches can be very different.

I do hope you are able to find out what is wrong with him, he does sound a rather poorly kitty.
