Tigger won't let me touch his head

My kitten was recently outside and when he came in he was fine. About 15 min. later he started acting abnormally by meowing funny, not letting people touch his head, particularly his right ear, fidgeting, and running around. What is wrong with my kitten?

Any change in behavior needs to be looked into in case of injury or ill health.

it could be that he has hurt his ear or perhaps has a parasite in it like ear mites etc.

It must be hurting him if he won't let you touch his head.
