Worried about my cat Milo

my cat Milo is lethargic, sneezing, vomited once that i know, and his inner eye lids are staying half closed. what could be wrong and should i take him to vet immediately?

1 year old, nuetered, male, american shorthair.

or he may have an allergy of some sort.

Often he inner eyelid closes like this when they are experiencing some form of infection.

Yes its best to take him to the vet just to have this confirmed and to make sure that there are no issues with the eyes themselves.
