Young cat had kittens 1 week ago - acting strange, nipples swollen, lumps, won't feed......

My cat who is less than a year old is acting very odd. She had a litter of 4 a week ago. She was nursing well as first but this week she is acting like she is sick, her nipples are swollen, she has a cluster of lumps on her stomach and she won't feed the litter. Please help!
