3 week old kitten urinating gooey stuff.

I have been caring for an orphaned kitten who I think may be 3 weeks old. Her ears aren't opened yet. I began feeding her replacemnet milk that was already mixed. I just switched to the powered milk and noticed that when she pees some is liquid but there is also gooey stuff that comes out. I'm not sure what this means. Could it be the new formula? Thank you so much for your help!

well it could quite possibly be a change in food which has upset her tummy. Young kittens can be very susceptible to to tummy upsets. Hopefully it will settle down in a few days but if not or if other symptoms appear it would be a good idea to have a vet check her out.
