3 week old kittens are dying

my three week old kittens are dying one by one. they are fine one minute and then one will be laying on the floor and not moving and breathing very slow shallow breaths,body is limp.there is no sign of anything no vomiting or diarea.what could be happening to these babies?

I'm sorry you need to take these poor little guys to the vets as soon as possible. it sounds to me like they are very sick indeed and may be suffering too. the only thing you can do is to see if the vet can save them or not.

kittens can be prone to all sorts of infections and illnesses and need special care.

i think in this case a vet is your only option.
