7 month old cat keeps pooping

I have a 7 month old cat that keeps pooping she is litter trained..she eats and drinks water...just she sits or runs or whatever she is doing the poop is just comeing right out of her..its runny and a light green color..i have to put towels and blankets down all over my house..

That does not sound good at all. It is either a sign of some underlining illness or a sign that she needs to rest her digestive system and perhaps change her eating habits.

can I recommend that you read my page about cat diarhea and if after trying the recommendations on that page there is no change then I would certainly suggest that you take her to the vets.
