7 week old kitten feeding

Hi

My family have just got a 7 week old kitten she was dumped.The vet has cheaked her over but has not told us what to feed her.She is eating dry food and wet kitten food but we dont know if she needs a bottle.We are making a mix of egg, milk and suger if she gets hungry in the day and she loves it!!
Are we doing things right please repley

Kittens normall wean at between 8 and 2 weeks old and so she should be eating special cat formula as well as starting o eat kitten food such as dry and wet food.
