attacking cat

we have a five year old cat that my wife brought home from the wild when it was just a kitten over the last few months it has gotten aggresive latley it will attack me my dog my other cat and my brother without provacation but it does not attack my wife please help we dont want to give up the cat and a shelter would just put her to sleep

well something has happened for your cat to be acting like this. If it were me I would take the animals through a period of re introduction which helps to build confidence again in each other in a safe environment. Also there are some treatments to help relax your cat for a period so that he can get over his fear (often cat aggression is caused by fear) of the dog.
