we just got this baby kitten 2 days ago, i believe its about 3 weeks, well it hasnt had any bowels, should we be concerned?? what should we do??

My advice is to take this poor little creature to the vets immediately.

At three weeks it is very young in deed and will need special care which the vet can advise you about. Also if it has a bowel defect then this too needs to be examined by the vet and he will advise if there is anything that can be done for the poor little guy.

you need to get him to a vet as soon as you can before he starts to suffer.
