black bits in kittens ear

hi,

today we just noticed that whenever my kitten scratches her ear,these black bits start falling out. I checked in her ear and there was a pile in there. what is this?

Sound to me like she has ear mites. this need to be treated as soon as you can as it can cause further illness. please see my page for more information here
