Bloated cat starving to death

We have an outdoor male cat whose stomach is swollen, barely eats, and you can feel every bone on his spine. We have given him de-wormer. What else can we do?

Unfortunately there is not much else you can do without a proper diagnosis. he really does need to see a vet so that you know what you're dealing with.

He may be severely constipated or have a growth or has some other illness causing digestive problems, it really is impossible to say.
