cat bleeds a little after pooping. what's wrong?

my cat seems to be constipated and when he poops, its only a little bit.but at the end, there's a little blood. what's wrong with him?

well if they are constipated then a little blood is not uncommon in the stool as it is hard to pass and may damage the inside a little.

the other possibility is piles, I'm not sure if this is common in cats but it is a possibility as they can be inside only.

However any signs of blood in the stool or from that area needs to be looked into by a vet. At the very least they will be able to advise about the constipation.
