why does my female cat blink at me? is it a sign of love? she is very close to me.

cats seem to use their eyes as a form of communication. They will often use their bodies as communication.

i believe the eye blinking at us their owners is definitely a sign of affection and a sort of hello. i love it when my cats do it to me when they first see me when they come in. i often do it back to them too.
