Cat bringing Phelm up with blood in it

Hi i came home today and my cat had been sick(watery) but it had little bits of blood in it, I am very worried that its something serious

Please help

Or and he is a house cat. Only going outside if i go outside follows me everywhere

My advice is to keep an eye on your cat and see if it happens again or if other symptoms appear such as not eating etc. Any further signs of ill health and your only option is to take her to see the vet as soon as possible.

there are many possible causes of cat vomiting and so it is difficult to say what it is. However blood in it is not a good sign and unless it was caused by the wrenching action itself should be investigated. As I say see if it happens again.
