CAT CANT POOP RIGHT

my cat had no tail, and he seems to have a problem pushing to go to the bathroom. Poop builds up and it looks like it hurts him, hoe do i fix it?

well if you are sure there is no physical damage in the area ( a vet would be able to check for this) and you think she may be constipated then I do have a web page with some advice for this but it is very important that you are sure she does not have an actual physical problem in that area.
