Cat got really Scared

My cat got really scared for some reason when I jogged up the stairs into the room. She didn't hiss or anything just hair stood up and look really frightened, this cat has never been mistreated, eats healthy and is friendly...she tried everything to get away from me even running along the wall for a short period.

I wouldn't worry this is not that unusual. Cats are naturally cautious animals and often can become frightened by sudden movement.
My own cats do this sometimes if i come into a room unexpectedly. they soon get over it, just let them come to you rather than trying to approach them.
