Cat health issue

i have a one year old male cat. I have been finding goldish yellow seed-like substance where he has laid down or sat. I also find pieces of his nail along with it. what could this be?

This sounds very odd to me. If your cat goes outside he may have rolled in somethg which is coming off in the house.

Also check his skin under the fur to make sure he does not have any scabby skin or falky skin.

Cats nails will come out sometimes and also a shealth like substance will come of their nails from time to time this is normal.
