Cat is limping and swollen anus with blood

My cat Kia is 7 years old she is limping, her anus is swollen and there is some blood on her fur around her bum
She is an indoor/outdoor cat
What could be the cause of this?
When she came home she went straight to her litter box and just stood in it. Nothing happened.
Could she have eaten something which maybe gave her bad diarrhea causing her bum to be sore?
She has been home for about an hour and hasn't used her litter box
She was fine all day until she went outside
She is always chasing mice could she possibly eaten one and got sick?

Hi
i dont think the important thing is what has possibly caused this, instead it sounds like your cat is in some discomfort and need to see a vet.
there are many possibilities as to what may have caused this but I would not like to say which it is. At the very least if the vets believes she is in some discomfort he can give her some pain relief if it is something that will heal by itself.
I hope she is better soon
best wishes Kate
