Cat Is Shaking In The Chest

My cat is 13 years old and this morning she suddenly started shaking uncontrolably. She is purring, has a normal appetite, and she seems fine except for this. Any idea what we can do? She has had liver problems before.

This sort of issue cannot be dealt with at home and she needs to be seen by a vet as soon as possible to determine the cause and to treat if necessary.
It is impossible to say what may have caused this and some testing may have to be done to find out the cause. Sometimes this is the only way especially when the symptoms are very generic as this one is.
