Cat losing fur and weight

We have 2 cats here that are brother and sister. The female is a small framed cat anyway but lately she has lost alot of weight, even though she eats normally. She is also losing fur on her backside, front and back legs and the base of her tail. They have been treated for fleas, so we know thats not the problem and the male is perfectly healthy. She has no "potty" troubles and is still very active.

Hi, has the vet recently taken a blood sample and checked for thyroid problems? They are quite common and one of the classic signs is loss of weight while still eating. Our cat little mo had the same symptoms and has since been treated. I am not sure if the hair loss is related though so it may be something separate or a completly different condition. The vet will be able to check more closely.
