cat makes funny noises when breathing

Ever since I got my cat 3 months ago (she is 10 months) she sometimes sounds as if she is breathing thorugh a blocked nose, not all the time, mainly in the morning and at night. There are no other symptoms, she is happy and playful eats and drinks well but i am worried as it is becoming more noticeable. Also I noticed yesterday that a tiny bit of her 3rd eyelid is showing in the corner of her eye. when i took her to be spayed 6 weeks ago the vet said she was fine - should i be worried?

well I wouldn't worry too much at this point it could be a simple case of a allergy similar to hay fever which is causing the sniffles (i get them myself in the mornings). the third eye lid may be associated with this allergy.

As long as she is OK in all other ways i would just keep an eye on her, if the symptoms get any worse then a trip to the vets will help to alleviate the worries and should be able to sort the problem out.
