when You leave the house for 8 hours and you come back home and the cat is meowin Alot or chasin you doin it what does that means

Hi Sounds to me like your cat could be suffering social anxiety. this can be due to being bored and not having enough to keep them happy and occupied during the day.

If your cat stays inside all the time you have to make sure he has enough things in the home to keep them happy.
