Cat Meows constantly and drags herself on the ground.

My 3-month old kitten has been dragging herself on the ground and meowing excessively lately. It was only after I gave her a bath. She has fresh food and water all the time. What else can it be that's making her behave so unusual?

well at three months old she is starting to move into adult hood and she may be starting to experience the first signs of going into heat. the behaviour definitely sounds like a cat in heat.

If other symptoms begin to show such as not eating or not using the litter tray then it may be worth having her checked by a vet in case she does have some other internal illness. However going into heat is a real possibility. She is a little young normally it starts around 4 months but some cats develop earlier.
