cat moaning

out if no where my male cat started moaning. it looks like my cat is drunk, all he wants to do is lay. It also looks like it has to vomit. should i be concerned? what should i do next?

Take him to the vet as soon as you can. there is no way of telling what the issue is without an examination. In any case when a cat starts howling and behaving in this matter one thing is for sure something is definitely wrong and needs professional treatment.
