cat not eating or drinking

my cat is sleeping a lot not eating/drinking being sick and has the runs but she hasn t been wormed for 1 year i tried four weeks to worm her but it was granules that go in her food and she would not eat it but on wednesday 4th march she was off colour iam really worried please help

This is a quick answer i'm afraid. Please take her to the vet.

There is no way that anyone can diagnose what is wrong with her without examining her and perhaps doing some tests.

A cat which is not eating or drinking really does need to see the vet for some treatment for whatever it is. It is the only cat care that a orner acn provide for their furry friend in a case like this.
